Document dates
These are the dates of the public PDFs in the Negotiations MCP corpus. The same PDF filed on more than one track is counted once. This page is rewritten when a document is admitted. Last rewrite: 3 November 2026, 21:39 UTC.
- 461unique PDFs
- 504track records
- 258dated 2026
- 48no date read
258 of 461 PDFs are from 2026. 132 are from 2025. Earlier years are the Paris Agreement, older decisions, and reports whose only readable year is a copyright line.
By year
5 of the year counts are a copyright year only, with no day. They are in the year bars and left out of the month chart.
By month, 2025 to 2026
Each bar is unique PDFs whose date falls in that month. The tallest month is Mar 2026 with 55 PDFs.
Kind of text
Each PDF is counted once. Party views are submissions. Drafts, informal notes, and advances are not adopted decisions. An advance agenda is counted as an agenda. The Paris Agreement sits with the decisions.
By track
These are track records, so a PDF filed on two tracks is counted twice. The 504 records are the 461 unique PDFs.
How a date was chosen
| Source of the date | Unique PDFs |
|---|---|
| Filing time on a party submission in the UNFCCC portal | 244 |
| Distribution date printed in the PDF | 85 |
| Publication date stored on the record | 46 |
| A single date printed on the cover | 33 |
| Copyright year only | 5 |
| No date read | 48 |
A line such as “Antalya, 9–20 November 2026” is the session, so it is not used as the document date. A period such as “between 1 January 2024 and 31 August 2026” is not used either. PDFs with no date read include technical reports and informal notes whose cover does not give a publication day. Admitting a document replaces the corpus file, and this page is rewritten from that file.
